Yamuna Zake has dedicated her life to understanding how the body works, and taking that knowledge to teach others how to create positive changes in their bodies. Yamuna was plagued with injury many years ago, and when she was told there was no solution to heal her chronic condition, she chose to discover for herself how to change the movement patterns of her body. It is through the understanding of the body’s anatomy, finding proper aligment of joints, as well as elongating and toning the muscles, that the use of muscles become unrestricted.
